Job Title: Part-time PA

Reporting to: Employer’s guardian

Location: DY1

Rate of Pay: £9.50

Nature of the job role: Part-time PA

Main Duties:
Assistance in accessing the outdoors and ensure the safety of employer

Social Duties: indoor and outdoor activities such as football and taking to the park 

Hours of work: 
6 hours direct payments per week during term time – 39 weeks 
8 hours per week during school holidays – 13 weeks.

Qualifications: 
PA with S.E.N. experience
 
Skills & Experience:
14 year old boy with learning difficulties who has Resistant Epilepsy will need a PA who has experience with seizures and first Aid.
The employer requires a PA who is active and enjoys indoor/ outdoor activities as he enjoys football and the outdoors. 
The employer is unaware of safety hence needs an adult to hold his hand when outside as he can walk into danger or easily be carried away with what other people are doing.
He wears incontinence pull-ups; however he will only use toilet facilities at home or school.
