Job Title: Personal Assistance / Health Carer

Reporting to: Employer

Location: West Bromwich 

Rate of Pay: £ 11.50 Per Hr

Nature of the job role: Working as part of a team. To assist with a variety of tasks which will support the employer to live an independent personal and social life.

Main Duties: Health Care duties include nebulizing and suctioning as the employer has had a total laryngectomy of throat (training will be given). 

Personal duties: Washing and Dressing employer.

Domestic duties: Washing, ironing clothes and bed linen. Keeping my rooms clean and tidy. Preparing food and drinks. 

Social Duties: These duties may vary from day to day.
Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary.

Hours of work: 37 Hrs per week
7 Days a Week / Night shift or Day shift
Work rota to be discussed.

Qualifications: You must be confident and competent to carry out Healthcare duties.
Enhanced DBS check required.
Previous experience in Social and Healthcare required. 

Skills & Experience: Only applicants who have experience of administering medication and can deliver a high level of care will be considered.

The applicant needs to be a car driver who will have use of the employer’s vehicle (age 25 + with clean Driving License over a period of 2 Years experience of Driving ). 

References: 2 references required and 1 must be last employer’s reference.
