Job Title: Personal Assistant (Carer)

Reporting to: Employer

Location: North Solihull (B36)

Rate of Pay: From £10ph

Nature of the job role: Personal Assistants (carers) required to look after a child with disabilities in a private home.

Main Duties: 
- Attending appointments and activities
- Carrying out sensory play
- Monitoring safety at all times
- Provide personal care respecting the dignity of the individual
- General household duties

Hours of work: 
Variety of shifts available.

Qualifications: 
All training will be provided.

Skills & Experience:
Individuals we are looking for should be:
- very reliable as you will be highly depended upon
- able to manage tasks responsibly
- compassionate
- discreet in dealing with personal information and carrying out personal tasks
- flexible in their approach to working
- demonstrating high levels of general and personal hygiene
- comfortable with carrying out repetitive tasks and household duties
- long term availability (this is not a position for a few months of work)
