Autumn / Winter Activities for Families at our Gardens
Welly to Belly is back again!
We are looking ahead and excited to welcome families to our half term holiday activities for Welly to Belly at our main garden sites Salop Drive Market Garden in Oldbury and Barlow Road Community Garden in Wednesbury.
We are excited to welcome children, young people and their parents, carers, family members and guardians for garden fun! Packed with fun we have lots on from pumpkin harvesting, carving, and cooking for Halloween / Autumn at Salop Drive. Plus a bumper crop of berries and fruit on the way from our children’s orchard in Wednesbury. More information on how to get involved on Facebook .
Sandwell Grass Roots Programme is funded by GO Play Sandwell MBC play service. It supports Children & young people (5-16) with SEND to access our FREE Welly to Belly activities.
Learn to sow & grow, cook and eat together, and have fun outdoors or in our greenhouses and polytunnels – rain doesn’t stop the fun! Play time 10 – 2pm come and explore the gardens and have space to be you and play with others!
