Communities in Sync - https://communitiesinsync.info/
We are proud to be a member of Communities in Sync (CIS) – a partnership of social and health care organisations working collaboratively to expand reach within our communities and empower individuals to live as independently as possible. As part of this alliance, Ideal for All is currently delivering a range of services that promote wellbeing, independence, and inclusion. Our involvement in CIS enables us to pool resources, share expertise, and deliver more impactful services through a coordinated approach. This collaborative model enhances our ability to respond to community needs more effectively and ensures that no one is left behind.
Birmingham Bereavement Wellbeing Service - https://communitiesinsync.info/our-services/bbws-3/
As part of the CIS partnership, Ideal for All also delivers the Birmingham Bereavement Service. This vital service provides emotional and practical support to individuals and families across Birmingham who are dealing with loss. Whether it’s recent or long-standing grief, our trained team helps people navigate bereavement and connect with further sources of help in their communities.
Parents Advocacy, Guidance and Empowerment (PAGE) - https://communitiesinsync.info/our-services/page/
In partnership with Sandwell Advocacy and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, we co-deliver the PAGE project. This initiative supports parents and guardians with learning disabilities and/or autism in Sandwell, providing independent advocacy and life skills support. It aims to increase confidence, improve home life, and help families stay together wherever possible.
Wider Determinants of Health (WDH) - https://communitiesinsync.info/our-services/wdh/
Through the Wider Determinants of Health programme, we offer ‘Growing Opportunities’—a programme of free, inclusive activities for adults such as gardening, cooking, crafts, gentle exercise, and healthy lifestyle guidance. These sessions take place in small, welcoming groups with additional support available for individuals with extra needs.
