i-Act  is the UK’s leading established, evidence-based, Royal College of Psychiatrists accredited mental health & wellbeing awareness programme

There are two versions of accredited i‑act training available for frontline VCS workers & Volunteers and VCS Managers, Community group Leaders & Volunteer leads.
