Join us in Victoria Park Smethwick for a walk and Picnic.
Bring something to eat and share if you would like, and enjoy a relaxed day out with us. We will take a gentle walk around the park, spotting animals and beautiful spring flowers along the way. There will be light breathing exercises to help us relax and take in the fresh air. We will also have a very gentle game of football — so don't forget to wear your trainers or comfy shoes!
