Our healthy lifestyle and wellbeing services are for anyone aged 65+. Our team are experienced gardeners who love everything about nature, gardens and people’s wellbeing. The sessions cover a wide range of subject areas such as vegetable growing from the seed to the plate, creative activities for around the garden and in the home and many other areas. We will be offering sessions in one of our three award winning gardens as and when we can. (Please get in touch if the day or time does not suit you and we will do our best to assist with this).
