Healthy Minds Peer Support is here to support people through your journey.
We all can feel isolated at time and feel anxious, low mood, lack confidence and maybe unsure where to start. The peer support group is there to meet other people, unlock your potential, support to manage symptoms and signs of anxiety, support with signposting to relevant support services also friendly and approachable staff. We also do a number of activities with the group so come along and join us.
