Fantastic news! Service users / employers and Potential / existing Personal Assistants are now able to sign up for Ideal For All's Personal Assistant Register.

It is an online directory bringing together individuals who are available to work as a Personal Assistant and those who wish to employ them to lead to more independent lives in their homes, workplace or in the community. 

PA's provide a range of personal and practical support to people in receipt of a Direct Payment or a Personal health Budget.

Anyone who is interested in providing care and support to empower and enable others will be able to register their interest on the register, and once authorised by Ideal For All's DP team it will be a self-managing resource for job seekers and existing carers alike. 

Potential employers will be able to register and then take total control of their recruitment needs. Of course we will always be there to help but if you want to and are ready to go it alone our PA register is for you.
