Coronavirus update18/03/2020
To all participants, volunteers, partners and customers
We are closely following Government guidelines about the emerging pandemic.
We have had to take the difficult decision to close our peer support, garden groups and meetings in the community. This includes all coffee mornings, exercise and wellbeing groups, employment support and job clubs.
Staff will be contacting group leaders, participants and volunteers in the coming days to find ways for us all to stay connected without meeting face to face.
Direct Payments
As per national health guidelines we will not be undertaking face to face home visits – we will continue to support remotely e.g. phone, skype etc. Many of our staff will be working from home.
We are working hard to ensure all payroll is conducted to agreed pay cycles – please ensure you send in your timesheets as per calendar schedule – It is preferred that you send timesheets via email to payroll@idealforall.co.uk - Please support us by ensuring that the timesheets are duly authorised and are legible on the screen to avoid non-payment and delays. We may not be able to process late timesheets until your next pay cycle run therefore please make every effort to ensure we receive them on time.
We will endeavour to process and pay all care provider invoices to agreed schedules – Can all providers please ensure invoices are as per rate and care package agreed.
We will continue to have our phone lines open and access to emails. We would request that you only call if the matter is urgent to support staff capacity to undertake essential work.
We will share updates on our website, twitter and Facebook pages
If you are concerned about what to do, please follow Government and NHS guidance on the virus.
This is updated regularly
