'In Control' are a national charity working for an inclusive society where people receive the support they require to live a full life and make a valued contribution towards their community. They are carrying out a survey into local councils charging for access to agreed care and support.

If you are in receipt of support from your local council and have to contribute towards the cost they would like to hear about your experience of accessing care and support, how you feel about being charged and the effect it has had on you.
