Employment and Skills Development Officer

We have an exciting opportunity expand our team to provide employment support across Sandwell. We are looking for two full time enthusiastic hard working and highly motivated Employment & Skills Development Officers to join our team. The individual must have lived experience or expert knowledge of disability and a real insight into the issues disabled people face in finding and securing employment.

We would like to hear from you if you are a hardworking and highly motivated person, excellent communicator, have good interpersonal skills, can organise and prioritise your workload, have the ability to manage a caseload and are enthusiastic about supporting and enabling individuals with disabilities and disadvantages to successfully enter and sustain employment.
